Who can use MatchGrounds

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.

What MatchGrounds is

MatchGrounds is a platform where organizers publish tournaments and players register and follow results. Tournaments are run by independent organizers, not by MatchGrounds. We do not organize, supervise or guarantee any event, and we are not responsible for how an organizer runs one, for the venue, or for what happens at or on the way to a tournament. Taking part in sport carries a risk of injury, and you do so at your own risk.

Your responsibilities

• Use your real name and honest details. Eligibility for age groups and gender categories relies on what you enter.
• Do not harass others, cheat, impersonate anyone, or post unlawful or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their tournament information, for handling entry fees and refunds, and for the safety and rules of their events.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service, for example showing your display name and results on tournament pages according to your privacy settings.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MatchGrounds running but provide it "as is", without promises that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MatchGrounds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a tournament, an organizer, or another user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using MatchGrounds at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact
